In response to the structural changes reshaping the office market, Joe founded DAS Group (Denver Asset Strategy Group) to focus specifically on asset-level strategy and leasing performance. He recognized that traditional brokerage models—while effective in transactional environments—often lack the dedicated, local strategic layer now required to compete in a market defined by elevated vacancy, longer lease-up cycles, and more competitive tenant demand.
Joe has developed a proprietary database of more than 8,000 tenant decision-makers. Through a data-driven platform, he integrates direct-to-tenant outreach with a curated network of experienced professionals, allowing each assignment to be approached with a tailored strategy and the appropriate team.
